A clean room operates by re-circulating the air through the appropriate filters 20 or more times each hour. On each pass the air is filtered to remove the dirt and dust particles. The room is usually at a positive pressure over the surrounding area. The performance of the filters is monitored to ensure a consistent performance. As the room is a closed environment, the air is conditioned to control temperature and if required humidity. Fresh air is introduced to suit operating requirements. Coolus will design and install a solution to our client’s requirements. The successful operation of both Clean Rooms and Environmental Rooms depends upon regular maintenance and management.
