Coolus Maintenance
Our commitment does not end with the completion of a successful installation, as the operation of your air conditioning system is paramount to us. At Coolus as you would expect from a dedicated specialist, we undertake every aspect of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance as it is an important part of your air conditioning system.
The equipment should be covered by a maintenance contract taken out within the first three months of installation as the warranty will not be honoured without regular servicing.
Like most types of mechanical equipment, if it is not maintained regularly it will eventually let you down, probably when you most need it. To ignore maintenance is a false economy as efficiency will drop and running costs will increase. With a Maintenance Contract in place reliability will be improved, reducing the indirect costs, product or trading losses associated with equipment failure.
We find that many service calls could be avoided had the unit been regularly maintained. One of the main causes being dirt and particle build up on evaporators and condenser coils decreasing the heat transfer and so reducing the systems energy efficiency. This means that the unit has to work much harder to achieve the desired temperatures and therefore burns more electricity resulting in larger bills for you.
Coolus Service
Service relates to the one off repair of faults or breakdowns you may experience with your air conditioning system. Coolus technicians will affect a repair or diagnosis of an ongoing problem or fault on all brands and styles of air conditioning systems.
If the fault can be fixed easily and within your agreed cost and time scale it will be completed for you. We operate a fixed fee call out charge for the first hour and any additional time or work will be advised to you. Parts and consumables will be charged at extra cost if required or necessary.
If the fault requires major work or expensive parts you will be quoted a fixed price to affect the repair before work proceeds.
